Our team at Cogswell know land development - we've been shaping Cambridge for almost 60 years. Established in 1965, Cogswell has a long history of providing a wide range of land surveying, planning and engineering services in the Cambridge area to private and corporate clients. We are nearing 20 staff, many of whom are Cambridge locals. Our staff span a range of ages enabling experience to combine with dynamic new ideas and innovation. We are proud of our hard-earned reputation for timely advice, quality service, and familiarity with requirements in Waipa.

Cogswell have the technology, skills and capacity to manage your project from the consent application right through to the issue of titles. We have solid relationships with Council staff and other consultants to get your job done. We find innovative solutions and negotiate suitable pathways where we need to. We are friendly people who truly care about your project, actively managing the various components of your project through our specific software, enabling us to get the job done within a programme with excellent communication.

Our Equipment

As well as our highly skilled and experienced surveyors, planners and engineers, we also have a range of the most advanced technology available, from UAV’s (drones) to robotic total stations, top of the line GPS units and digital levels which measure to 0.1mm! Our team is able to select the most appropriate technology from our tools to deliver you the most accurate results for your project.
