Grantchester Farms Ltd has always used Cogswell Surveys as they are local and have a great understanding of the District Plan. They have the respect of the council staff which is invaluable under today’s regulatory environment. Our working relationship is over 12 years old and we look forward to working with them into the future. The Cogswell Survey staff are experienced surveyors and civil engineers and their computer software enables them to produce CAD engineering drawings equal to any company. They often work on projects as a team which means there is always someone in the office you can call on if an issue arises or matter needs clarification.

Cambridge Pump Track
Waipa District Council would like to express our appreciation for the work Cogswell Surveys completed on the Cambridge Pump Track Community Project.
Cogswell Survey was called upon with very short notice to complete 'as built' plans for the track and stormwater drainage. From the outset, Cogswell were extremely cooperative, easy to work with and happy to assist with technical knowledge and flexibility to complete the work in a very timely manner.
