Cogswell Surveys assisted us from the start to completion of our subdivision through numerous difficult changes in scope.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them starting in 2014, right up to final completion of the subdivision work and issuing of the final titles in February 2022.
Their communication, estimates, surveying, management, and engineering of the project was exemplary.
