Cogswell has staff qualified in all aspects of civil engineering design relating to subdivision and land development. This component of a project requires data collection from topographical survey work followed by computer modeling to design roading networks, sewer reticulation, storm water reticulation, water supply reticulation and other essential services such as power, telephone, fibre and gas.
