This is a 17 Lot Industrial zoned subdivision towards the end of Hannon Road, bounding the Waikato Expressway to the south. This development required the construction of significant Council assets such as a collector road, wastewater pump station, stormwater detention pond and a reserve area. Cogswell designed the subdivision layout and worked closely with the client to consent and then deliver a high-quality development. Cogswell also took care of the engineering design services, construction supervision, surveying services and project management throughout the project with titles issuing in July 2023.
