ROTO-O-RANGI ROAD AND LAMB STREET, LEAMINGTON
Stages 1 and 2 of this recent project have been completed providing the first 85 sections within this high class large lot residential development, which will eventually provide approximately 165 new sections of approximately 2500m² in size between Lamb Street and Roto-O-Rangi Road.
Cogswell Surveys have been retained by the clients to provide design, planning, engineering and surveying services to develop the project into a high class large lot residential development.
Stage 3 comprising 31 lots is nearing completion with works due to finish in early 2020 which will open the roading connection to Lamb Street.
Once again the project management skills of the Cogswell Surveys team in conjunction with the close rapport with the Contractor ( Camex ) have ensured the project is running to schedule for completion.
