This project was a residential subdivision of one of the last blocks of land east of Swayne Road and provided the connections of Rose Leigh Drive with Watkins Road, Boyce Crescent and Richards Street. This subdivision created 55 new residential titles which are expected to be issued in August 2023. Cogswell managed the project from subdivision design, consent and full implementation, including:
- Subdivision design
- Topographical survey and scheme plans
- Preparation of the subdivision consent including management of external consultants
- Negotiation of conditions of consent and management of the consenting process
- Engineering Design of roading, stormwater, sewer, water supply and other services.
- Prepare construction drawings and obtain Council approvals
- Prepare tender and contract documents and select Contractor
- Contract supervision and project management services
- Surveying services
- Full management of the subdivision to obtain s223 and s224 certification, then titles
- Coordination with solicitor, LINZ and any other relevant parties to obtain titles
