Completion of Stages 1 and 2 of this project have been completed and our Planning Team under the guidance of Rebecca Steenstra have obtained consent to Stage 3 for a further 25 residential Lots that will provide the connection through to Isobel Hodgson Drive to the south.
The Engineering Team are completing engineering design drawings for construction and preparing the contract documents for the construction work to be let and undertaken mid 2020.
The project will provide a range of residential sections that are proving to be popular in this area with a range of high quality houses developed within Stages 1 and 2 already.
The Cogswell Surveys team has prepared the required Resource Consent applications, completed engineering design drawings for construction and will provide project management, construction supervision and surveying services through to completion and issue of new titles.
The project management skills of the team will ensure supervision of the project is carried out to a high level that will deliver a quality development for our client.
