STAGE 1 NORFOLK DRIVE EXTENSION TO VICTORIA ROAD
Cogswell Surveys worked with our client and Waipa District Council to design and build the infrastructure necessary to provide the strategic link of Norfolk Drive through to Victoria Road. This project required a close working relationship with Consulting Engineers, the designers contracted by Council to design and build the major intersection which was the interface with our client’s subdivision.
The project of 24 Lots in the first stage fronting the new road was completed on time and close to budget in late 2016. The second stage of another 24 lots with extension of three roads off Norfolk Drive has also been recently completed with titles expected to issue early in 2018.
Cogswell Surveys continue to enjoy a close working relationship with our clients and Waipa District Council where strategic infrastructure is required to be designed and built.
