This is a residential subdivision within the Norfolk Downs precinct, and a continuation of previous stages undertaken by Transland Developments This included a vested destination playground and reserve, medium density and general residential development as well as roads to vest. Cogswell developed the subdivision layout, consented the subdivision, and implemented the consent including completing engineering design plans, construction supervision, project management and surveying services.
